Registration policy

Registration fees are non-transferrable.
Fees are in Euros and payable by credit card only.

Fees and deadlines

Until May 9:

  • In-person, on-site – a room reservation request has been made to the hotel in the registrant’s name: €525
  • In-person, off-site – no request to the hotel to reserve a room in the registrant’s name: €700
  • Virtual/remote: €700

Late/on-site registration, after May 9:

  • In-person, on-site: €825
  • In-person, off-site : €1,000
  • Virtual/remote: €1,000

What is included

  • 2 meeting rooms (110m², 40m²)
  • Network, A/V with support for on-site/remote attendance
  • Lunch on Monday to Friday (3-course menu)
    • buffet style, 2 options per dish (incl. provision for dietary restrictions)
  • Morning and afternoon breaks
    • savory and sweet snacks, fruits, hot/cold drinks

Cancellation fees

  • Fully refundable: until April 25, 2025
  • Refundable with a €150 cancellation fee: after April 25, 2025 until May 9, 2025
  • Non refundable: after May 9, 2025
